For orders from within the United States:
We ship via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail, which is usually delivered in about 5 days. Your shipping
cost is $5 per shirt, though we're currently offering a special: buy 2 or more, and only pay shipping for 1
shirt. In other words, only pay $5 shipping for your entire order!
For orders from outside the United States:
FOR A LIMITED TIME orders from outside the United States ship at THE SAME LOW RATE as U.S. orders!
All orders are shipped once per week, on the Friday immediately following the placement of the order. If
you need your order shipped sooner, please contact us.
forms of payment
Wavelength Clothing accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All transactions take place on the
secure servers of Paypal, our shopping cart host. You don't need a Paypal account to make a purchase.
returns
If you are unsatisfied with any product you order from Wavelength Clothing, please return it in its original,
clean, unwashed condition within 14 days of the date we shipped it to receive a refund of the purchase
price. Shipping charges are not refundable. The return address is clearly marked on your receipt; if
you've misplaced it, email us and we'll send you a reminder.
sales tax
Because Wavelength Clothing is based in California, we are required by law to charge California residents
a sales tax of 7.75%. No sales tax is required on orders from outside of California.
privacy policy
Wavelength Clothing is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you share with us
will be used only by us, and only in our normal business operations (shipping, customer service,
marketing, etc.). We will never sell or rent your information to direct marketers or any other parties.
